Hey y'all! You made it this far and I would like to thank you for stopping by and reading my first blog post. Your presence makes a girl feel special. I am so excited and ready to take the next step into my journey and I'm thrilled that you are here to share it with me. My birth name is Meccah (Yes, my parents are awesome) but you can also call me iya which means mom. It also means violet flower, and even hello in some languages. I just love the diversity of our languages.
Over the last three years, I have had so much time to think about what is "next" on my journey. I have finally decided that now, I am ready to push myself and work towards all the things that I have been dreaming about over the last three years while adjusting to becoming a twin mom and a mother of three. Life definitely has a way of pushing you when it's time to move on to new things. My hopes is that I can provide you, my readers and listeners a place to find some comfort, laughter, and even share your stories as you move thru your personal journeys. Whether it's becoming a new mom or dad, needing parenting guidance, breast feeding support, toddler meal plan ideas, child and infant care questions, co-parenting support, single mother or father information and support, getting thru a geriatric pregnancy, and so much more. There are many, many times during our lives where we just need a place to go and find support and I want to make this a great place to start.
