Who am I?

I am a mother of three to an awesome, intelligent and charming high schooler and a set of spunky and inquisitive four year old twins. Not only am I a mother which is not an easy job, I am also an Educator, Mentor, Counselor, Sister, Aunt and Friend. After spending over 28 years in Education and working with families and young children, I can say I have a proven track record of giving great advice. Whether it's related to children and families or regarding a more personal subject, my line of work has always made me compassionate about helping others live their healthiest life mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
